Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the packaging they arrived in.

  • In some cases, we may issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the return.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it.
  2. You'll receive an email confirmation letting you know whether your refund has been approved.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We'll replace items that arrive defective or damaged. For the same item exchange, email support@420.com for instructions.

Gifts

  • If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit once we receive your return.
  • If the gift was sent through the original purchaser, the refund will be returned to them directly.

Shipping Your Return

  • To begin a return, email support@420.com for mailing instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • For high-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
