Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Missing or Delayed Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We'll replace items that arrive defective or damaged. For the same item exchange, email support@420.com for instructions.
Gifts
- If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit once we receive your return.
- If the gift was sent through the original purchaser, the refund will be returned to them directly.
Shipping Your Return
- To begin a return, email support@420.com for mailing instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- For high-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
