Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Eligibility
420.com ships only within the United States. During checkout, our system verifies if your delivery address is in an allowed state. If any product in your cart cannot be delivered to your state, checkout will be blocked automatically.
Shipping Allowed:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Not Shipping To:
Utah, and all U.S. territories beyond the District of Columbia (including Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
2. Product Restrictions by State
Certain cannabinoids are restricted by state laws:
- Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Ohio: Orders cannot include THCa products. Only THCp products are eligible for delivery to these states.
- If your order includes any restricted item, checkout will notify you and prevent completion until the product is removed.
3. Processing and Fulfillment
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Processing may be delayed if additional compliance checks are required for restricted products.
4. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times
- All shipments are handled by USPS or UPS.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on destination.
- Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.
5. Shipping Fees
- Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, carrier, and destination.
- Free shipping may apply during promotions or above a specific cart value (if indicated).
6. Tracking and Status
- You will receive a tracking number via email after shipment.
- Tracking details can also be viewed in your 420.com account under My Orders.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact support@420.com within 7 days of expected delivery. Include your order number and any photos (if applicable). We will coordinate with the carrier for a resolution or replacement.
8. Address Errors and Returned Shipments
If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete:
- You are responsible for additional reshipment costs.
- Returned packages will be resent after confirmation and payment of new shipping charges.
9. Age Verification
- Buyers must be 21 years or older.
- Age verification occurs at checkout and may be requested again upon delivery.
