I watched two and a half minutes. That was all it took. The los Angeles City Attourney has just trumped the law, the legislature and the people. He has decided he is going to adminiser his own, new, better, improved and most of all, secret law. He is only going to let us all "in on a few features" of his new and improved mystery law, before sending his armed thugs crashing through doors in your neighborhood. Feel protected yet? THIS JACKASS IS DANGEROUS, AND SHOULD BE FIRED AND DISBARRED!!!
