Did it occur to author of the article that the Feds weren't regulating anything? Nor did they plan to? You can't regulate and prohibit at the same time. When did the feds ever try to enforce state regs regarding medical pot?The morons who wrote this piece of crap came from the NY times??The state officials referred to were either lazy, uninformed or both. It would logically fall to the state to administer state law, so the authors quoted morons too. They should go back to the obituaries or something, 'cause they ain't ready to write features. Why is it so frikking hard for a real writer to get a stedy job, when hacks like this work for the NYT?!!!
