Granted Marijuana in any form in the US is illegal but im not seeing a crime of selling seeds over the internet its legal in his country and a seed is not a Drug and what the buyer does with the purchased seed is not the sellers problem. there are great lengths to go through in order for that tiny little seed to become a drug but the Seed in itself is NOT a DRUG therefor the charge of trafficing Marijuana would be False. I wish i had the court documents to see exactly in what context he is being accused,charged and prosecuted. my view is he has committed no crime from what i read here.Clarissa CannabisLegalize It.
