SparkyGump, why stop there? What about nicotine, caffeine, aspirin, tylenol? Where do you draw the line? I say when one is impaired. Not all drugs are the same. Youtube the "Speed UK stoned" driving test. The driver drove better stoned than sober. Not the same for booze and many pills. Let's not pretend that a cup of coffee is a 12 pack of beer. For an experienced user and driver, is a joint that big of an issue? If they can pass the roadside sobrierity test, they are good in my book. Zero tolerance? Then test for caffeine, it's a drug!

Time to stop being stupid people, any drug (alcohol too) should stay at home where your less likely to hurt others.

I agree, you shouldn't drive under the influence of ANYTHING! No alcohol, cannabis, perscription drugs..nothing. I'll bet if you stopped traffic on any major highway and forcibly tested every driver, I think you'd find that the most impaired drivers are the elderly driving under the influence of prescription drugs. It's easier to bust the stoners, though, they don't vote enough.
