I remember there used to be something called the "Bill of Rights", or something like that. And in this "Bill of Rights" they had these "Ammendment" things. I seem to remember there were ten of them. I think one of those things talked about the freedom to write things down. But I smoke alot of pot, so I might have dreamed it.
