Lawsuits filed in Arizona to force state to accept medical marijuana applications
The Arizona Department of Health Services was supposed to begin accepting applications on June 1st for medical marijuana dispensaries. Instead they sued the feds for clarity concerning the law. Would-be entrepreneurs aren't interested in waiting around.
