Harry J. Anslinger was a racist, bigot, power hungry, ego maniac. He purposely lied to the American public to promote the funding of his own agenda and agency. Billions of tax dollars have and are being wasted and millions of people lives have been ruin on the falsehoods he perpetuated. Now these lies have funded many programs and peoples jobs, I just wonder how smart people whose liveleyhood is founded on lies can live with themselves as they joke about sending their brother and sister citizens to jail for having some plant on em. Come on America get out of the dark ages and use the money to protect it citizens from harm from others. And forget about personal adult decisions which harm no one.

sooooo. i love weed. a lot. unfortunately i haven't smoked in nearly a month...you know why? oh! because any place that will pay me enough money to earn a living on has to piss test aspiring employees. now, trying to play the responsible adult in my life i have to put something completely harmless on hold. an actual bad habit of mine has actually increased since i've had to quit inhaling my reefer... cigarettes. of course every tobacco addict will try to justify their tobacco use in various ways: "oh i can stop whenever i want, im not really addicted.. etc, etc" but honestly once i starting smoking marijuana on a reg basis, tobacco use decreased and eventually stopped for awhile. damn it. i'd really love to toke a fat bowl right now, but since i need to get "clean", please excuse me so i can go shove in a couple of cancer sticks...

They wouldn't lose money because people were growing their own. I can grow my own tomatoes, but grocery stores still sell them and continue to make money off of them. If it were legal, it would be too convenient to run to walmart and buy some. My friend and I often joke about it. Does anyone else think it's a little backwards that I have the right to kill my child before it's born but I do not have the right to smoke a little weed? Who am I hurting? No one. Have you ever wondered what they are so afraid of? Why they have put this stereotype of a "stoner" in people's heads? Why you're lied to and given this impression that people who smoke weed are these brainless idiots, when in reality, everyone I know who smokes weed are extremely intelligent people. Stupid people are stupid people, it's not the weed causing it. I suffer from migraines, I have the right to smoke some weed to relieve it. But no, society tells us that we should take man made prescription garbage that probably in a year or two you'll see a commercial on tv for some kind of lawsuit about the damages this medicine has done to your body. Did you know the biggest migraine pain reliever I have found are psilosybe cubenisis? Yeah that's right.. shrooms. I can have one of the worst throbbing migraines ever, and shrooms will relieve it and it will not come back.

the thing bout marijuana is reason is illegal is one gov makes money off it big time.and they say its gateway cuz people like my friends sell weed but if the person wants lets say some powder he isnt gonna say no to money so he deals more then just weed.marijuana should be legal cuz then innocent people wont have to go to jail for getting high on a drug that can be controled easy.and marijuana is known to not kill cancer but stop it from progressing. marijuana keeps people like me from going out doing stupid shit cuz im either too high or tryign to get high.which takes a few fat blunts.now send this to the president and tell him to eat a cock and make it legal cuz he use to smoke it.lets ask him why did he even try it? why does he still smoke it?legal for him and him only i guess?

i dont see one problem that comes from weed. im normally a hyper kind of person.....untill i burn a big green one. it calms me down as well as other people. but whatever ur pleasure, u should be allowed to do so. salvia is legal in a lot of states, so why cant pot be? i dont know about other people but i can function a lot better on weed than salvia. and alcohol for that matter. i do know of anyone overdosing from pot like ppl do on perscription drugs such as oxycoton and similar drugs. and they r just as easy to get as pot. i think the government likes to keep it illegal because they make a lot more money off it being illegal, taking ppl to court and shit for a lousy possesion charge. everyone needs to wake up and realize that marijuana is no where near as harmfull as they claim it to be. so burn one and hope for some legalization some day:)

The one thing that me and my friends have figured out is that weed, brings people together, and i know they say weed is a gateway drug, i disagree, weed is a peaceful, harmless plant, i have been smoking weed for 12 years now, and the only thing that it does to me thats i think is bad is munchies, i try not gain weight, but still weed has never caused injury to me or my friends, Think about it, when other drugs are used, like heroin, and crack, meth all of those the people scatter like roaches in the light, when i smoke with frinds, we sit around, tell stories, laugh at the stupid things, that go on, if such things as salvia can be legal in minnesota, weed should be legal as well, if i can trip of a drug with no legal repercussion, then i should be able to get high with consequence.

there's some danger in smoking anything. when eaten or vaporized it is much safer than smoking.

There is nothing wrong with weed. When people drink they want to fight, but when you smoke weed all you wanna do is laugh and eat. I dont know of anyone who ever died smokin weed....

Heady420, theres a biiig difference between Marijuana and Salvia, I know in some states Salvia is illegal but Marijuana is illegal everywhere in the USA. I haven't seen the movie but I seriously think that Marijuana would be a great commodity in the USA.

Why should someone have the right to tell me what I can do in my leisure time? I have been smoking weed for 28 years and I still love it !!! If I had been a drunk for a quarter of a century then I probably wouldn't even be alive now. Legalize weed and tax it. Alcohol is legal and the taxes help our economy greatly. Think about what the taxes on a simple, harmless plant could do. Wake up America !!!!!!

I tottally agree with the video. I think if they can legalize salvia they should legalize marijuana.
