    Why not?

I was in a severe car accident and now have spinal disabilities. The first few years I was on the strongest Demoral and Fentanyl, Soma, Lortab, Percacet, and other various crap. It was not until my doctor told me I was dying from all the toxins and high levels of narcotics that I had to face the pain on my own. Ever since I stopped the medications I rstarted using Marijuana as a last resort. Over the year I have notice that pot helps with the pain and muscle spasms more than any of the numerous and dangerous drugs I was on. But because pot has a bad rep and the government makes money from Marijuana 'abusers', it is illegal were I am and I feel like a criminal if I smoke, but it is the only thing that helps me, my saviour. Why does it have to be this way? The economy could also benefit from the unlimited resources the plant can provide and produce. What can I do to make a difference? What can we all do? We have a voice, let it be heard as loud as possible!!!!
