    In honor of 311 Day (festivities today at Mandalay Bay in Vegas), we've posting our favorite 311 song, WHO'S GOT THE HERB, originally recorded for the first "Hempliation" album in 1995. Written by H.R. (of Bad Brains) for his side group Human Rights, 311 covered it for the NORML benefit CD. Thanks to its ganja-centric lyrics ("What are we look for?
